Growing IT Company seeks an organized and competent receptionist/front desk with good people skills. Position available immediately.
Job Responsibilities Will Include
- Answering phones and reception
- Calendaring and scheduling
- Organizing files and filing
- Mailing basic client screenings
- Interacting professionally with clients
- Basic PR
- Maintaining office supplies and reorders
- Strong attention to detail is a must, as is punctuality. Other duties as assigned.
- Previous IT Company environment experience is a plus.
- Communicate english speaking and writing skills required
- General understanding of Internet and website standards
- Ability to work well in teams
You will have the ability to work with like-minded subject matter experts.
Salary 10k +
Yearly Paid Holidays (increases with years of service)
